At First United National Bank, we believe the confidentiality and protection of
customer information is one of our fundamental responsibilities. And while information is
critical to providing quality service, we recognize that one of our most important assets

for First United National Bank.

Financial institutions should collect and use information about individual
customers only when they reasonably believe it would be useful (and allowed by law) in
administering that organizations business and in providing products, services and
other opportunities to their customers. We maintain strict security procedures to protect

At First United National Bank, employee access to personally identifiable customer
information is limited to those with business reason to know such information. Employees
are educated on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of customer information
and on this Privacy Policy. Because of the importance of these issues, all First United
National Bank employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer
information. Any employee who violates this Privacy Policy will be subject to disciplinary
measures.

6. Restrictions on the Disclosure of Account Information
First United National Bank does not reveal specific information about your accounts or
other personally identifiable data to parties outside our affiliated banks and companies
for their independent use unless:
- You request and authorize in writing the release of specific information.
- The information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by you.
- The information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar information
reporting agency.
- The information is legally required or permitted in connection with fraud investigations
and litigation.
- The customer has been informed about the possibility of disclosure for marketing or
similar purposes through a prior communication and given the opportunity to decline
("opt out").
We do not provide account or personal information to non-First United National Bank
companies for the purpose of independent telemarketing or direct mail marketing of any
non-financial products or services of those companies.

7. Maintaining Customer Privacy in Business Relationships
with Third Parties
When the Bank conducts business with third parties, it requires its vendors and
suppliers to maintain similar standards of conduct regarding the privacy of personally
identifiable customer information provided to them. We will insist, through written
agreement, that the third party adheres to privacy principles similar to those to which
First United National Bank adheres for keeping this information confidential.
